Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Earnzora, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who we are

Earnzora is operated by Beenocchio Limited (貝諾奇奧有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with company number 81503451 and its registered office at Room 131, 1/F, 143 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. "We", "us" and "Earnzora" in these Terms mean Beenocchio Limited.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 or the legal age of majority where you live. You may use only one genuine account. You must provide accurate information, maintain a valid email address, and protect your login credentials. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

Offers and eligibility

Offers are provided by third-party partners and may be limited to particular countries, regions, devices, or new users. Availability, requirements, and rewards can change, and an Offer may be paused or removed at any time. Displaying an Offer does not guarantee that you qualify, will complete it, or will receive a reward.

Tracking, conversions, and rewards

When you view or open an Offer, we record impressions and clicks and send a random tracking identifier to the partner for attribution. A reward is recorded only after the partner reports and accepts a valid conversion. Rewards may first be pending or under review. Duplicate, invalid, rejected, or reversed conversions are not eligible for payment, and a previously recorded reward may be reversed or deducted from your balance.

Prohibited conduct

Multiple accounts, false information, bots or automation, fabricated traffic or conversions, manipulation of a device or tracking identifier, duplicate completion, and using a VPN, proxy, or other method to misrepresent your location or eligibility are prohibited. You must also follow each partner's and Offer's rules.

Cashouts and verification

Cashouts require the minimum amount shown on the cashout page and are subject to the methods, limits, fees, and processing times available at the time of request. We may require account, security, identity, location, or payment-detail verification and may hold a request while unusual activity or a dispute is reviewed. A rejected request is returned to the available balance as shown by its status. Payments already submitted to a payout provider are also subject to that provider's rules.

Referral program

You can invite friends with your personal link or code. When an invited friend's first Offer reward is credited, and again when their first cashout is paid, you receive the referral bonus shown on the Invite friends page at that time. The invited friend also receives the welcome bonus shown on that page once their first Offer reward is credited. Each friend can earn each bonus once. Bonuses are first held as pending balance for the period shown on that page and are cancelled if the friend's rewards are reversed or either account is suspended or closed during that time. Bonuses are not paid if the friend has not verified their email, either account is suspended or closed, the friend signs up from the same network as you, or the referral breaks these Terms. Bonuses are added to your balance and follow the normal cashout rules. We may change or end the referral program or bonus amounts at any time; bonuses already credited are not affected, but bonuses obtained through fraud may be reversed.

Account restrictions and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or close an account; block Offers or cashouts; and retain evidence needed for review when we reasonably suspect fraud, a violation of these Terms, a security risk, a legal requirement, or a partner dispute. You may request account closure, but financial, anti-fraud, dispute, and legal records may need to be retained.

You can close your account yourself in Settings. If your available balance reaches the minimum of a cashout method available to you, you must cash it out before closing, and closing is not available while a cashout is in progress. Closing removes your personal details; a balance below the cashout minimum and pending rewards that are not yet confirmed are given up when you close.

Service scope and liability

Earnzora does not guarantee continued Offer availability, eligibility, successful tracking, or any particular earnings. Third-party websites, Offers, and payout services are operated by their respective providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If a dispute arises, please contact support first so we can try to resolve it. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If the consumer protection laws where you live give you rights that cannot be changed by agreement, nothing in these Terms limits those rights, and you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Changes and contact
