This Policy explains how Earnzora collects, uses, and shares information when you register, sign in, view or complete Offers, receive rewards, request a cashout, or contact support.

Earnzora is operated by Beenocchio Limited (貝諾奇奧有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong (company number 81503451, registered office Room 131, 1/F, 143 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong). Beenocchio Limited is responsible for your personal information as described in this Policy.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, language, country or region, verification status, and referral relationship; encrypted IP addresses, IP hashes, browser and device details, login times, and country, region, city, and security identifiers supplied by trusted network services; Offer impressions, page visits, clicks, tracking identifiers, Offer versions, partners, conversions, and reversals; and wallet entries, rewards, cashout methods, payment details, payment status, and support messages. We also record how you first reached Earnzora, such as campaign tags in the link, an invite code, the referring website, and the landing page, to measure which channels bring new members. If you answer the optional questions after signup (gender, age range, preferred cashout, your in-game spending, how often you play mobile games, which phone you use, your phone number, how much you want to earn that day, and how much time you have), we keep those answers and use them to order the offers we show you and to understand our members as a group. Your phone number is stored encrypted and used to prevent fraud, such as one person opening several accounts. We send reward alerts and promotional text messages to it only if you check the box agreeing to them; consent is not a condition of using Earnzora, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. We do not share them with partners.

How we use information

We use information to create and protect accounts, determine country and device eligibility, attribute conversions, calculate and issue rewards, process cashouts, provide support, analyze product performance, detect duplicate or fraudulent activity, resolve disputes, and meet accounting and legal obligations.

Offer partners

When you open an Offer, we send the relevant partner a randomly generated click or user identifier and limited technical information needed for attribution. Partners return conversion, status, and reward information to us and may process device, advertising, and activity data under their own privacy policies. Review the partner's policy before participating.

Other service providers and disclosures

We may provide information needed by hosting, security, authentication, email, analytics, support, and payout providers to perform their services. Payout providers receive the recipient details, amount, and reference information required to process a cashout. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect users or the service, or address fraud and disputes. Cloudflare provides security, network delivery, and Web Analytics, which measures page visits without cookies.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for account operations, attribution, wallets and cashouts, security, accounting, disputes, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record. IP addresses, IP hashes, and browser details in login, security-check, Offer click, and offerwall session records are deleted or removed after 12 months, as is the sign-up IP address of a closed account. We use measures such as access controls, encryption or hashing, and audit records, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information and may object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity. Financial, payment, anti-fraud, dispute, and legal records may not be deleted immediately. Send a request to the address below.

International processing and minors

Our providers and partners may process information outside your country or region. Earnzora is intended for users who are at least 18 or the legal age of majority where they live and is not directed to children.
